First, I established the basic frame of the picture.  I drew it as a three-headed character.  I drew the overall shape, thinking carefully about the proportions.

I drew detailed shapes on top of the drawn frame.  Choosing a military uniform color is difficult.

A camouflage mark was added to the green plain military uniform.  Looks much more like a soldier.
