I drew a boxer character on a 16*16 pixel canvas and created a simple animation.

First, I drew a still standing pose.  I tried to draw it cute, but is it cute?

Next, I drew the starting position for reaching.  The eyes also glance to the side.

Lastly, I drew a posture of leaning forward and striking with my fist.

I created a simple animation with three scenes like this.  The duration of each scene was 0.3 seconds, 0.1 seconds, and 0.5 seconds.
